41 year old, Landers D. Boyd from Louisville, Kentucky was shot to death on October 30, 2002 at approximately 10:30 AM during a robbery at The Corner Market store, he was there to pick up a few items. The robber shot and killed Landers Boyd, the stores owner, Abdel Razzaq and also wounded a 10 year old girl. Police do not feel that Landers was a target.

Landers had just recently moved into the area of where the Corner Market was located in Louisville, although he was born and raised in Louisville.

The Corner Market is located at 545 East Ormsby Ave in Louisville, KY.

Suspect Information

The suspect is a black man between the age of 17 and 40 with a mustache and goatee. The man is tall and skinny and was wearing a red shirt, black jacket, a black cap and a mask. The suspect ran away on foot.
