On April 6, 1986, 9 year old Anthonette Cayedito was abducted from her home in Gallup, New Mexico during the early morning hours. The 2 suspects, who were seen leaving the scene, were not known to Anthonette or the Cayedito family. Law enforcement believes that Anthonette was immediately removed from the State of New Mexico and they believe this was a planned kidnapping. Law enforcement also suspects that Anthonette is no longer alive, although we all hopes she is. Both suspects were believed to be in their late twenties, one suspect is a hispanic male and the second suspect is a black male. They were last seen in a late model dark Chevy or GMC vehicle. The photos at the left are courtesy of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and show Anthonette as she appeared at 9 years old and how she might have appeared at 24 and 29 years of age.
