Case Details:

On the night of August 5, 1999, Gary Miller worked until about 10:30 PM at the Acme Food Market where he was a Manager. Gary's co-workers told police that Gary had received two upsetting call before he left his job and was overheard stating he would meet someone later that night in the parking lot off of Route 222 where the Adult Gift Shop was.

After Gary left work at 10:30 PM he went to dinner with a friend, then left to meet this unknown person. Police do not believe that Gary ever entered the Adult Gift Store but instead was reading for about 20 minutes in his Limited Addition 1997 Turquoise Mercury Cougar before being shot multiple times. After being shot Gary's vehicle traveled a few feet before crashing into the Sport Cycle Suzuki Motorcycle store next to the Adult Gift Store. Gary Miller was a successful Gospel Music promoter and worked at Acme Food Markets as a Manager.

According to Law Enforcement and Gary's family and friends, Gary was a well loved Gospel Music promoter and worked full time at the Acme Food Market as a Manager in the Berkshire Mall West Shopping Center. He also worked at the Days Inn in Cymru. Gary was a very gracious, hard working man, who was proud of promoting the Gospel and it's Music. Gary lived with his parents and helped to take care of a sick uncle. As far as it is known, Gary had no enemies.
