Case Details: Kansas City Precious Doe was found April 28, 2001 in a wooded area near 59th Street and Kensington Ave. The child’s naked, headless body was found first and her head was recovered a few days later. Police said the body had probably been left in the area for less than 24 hours. Police soon released a computer-generated image of the young girl. In August, police unveiled a three-dimensional bust. Neither resulted in the girl's identification, so police decided to try a third time, with a sketch. The original computer image and the more recent artist's rendering can be seen at the left.
