The Saint Paul Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public in obtaining information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for an aggravated assault (CN#02-270-355) that occurred on December 14th, 2002. The details of the case are as follows:
On the evening of 12-13-02, the residents of the duplex at 1201 Selby threw a beer party, called "Christmas in the Ghetto". They had three beer kegs and approximately 80 - 100 people. The police were called twice to break it up. The second time the police were sent was about 0100 hours (the 14th). Two Suspects came out of the party and were urinating in a neighbor's yard when they were confronted by the neighbor (Victim), who was then assaulted by them. The victim sustained numerous facial injuries, requiring reconstructive surgery.
A witness took this photo just before the assault occurred. The residents of 1201 Selby have denied knowing these men.
