On August 26, 2004 at approx 4:30am after a night out, Nina White was shot to death in her own drive way before she could exit her car. She was shot 4 times in the left side/torso. A man was seen running from the scene.

One scenario authorities are investigating is that the shooter and an acomplice followed Nina home in their 4 door mid size Gray vehicle. They theorize the shooter may have been dropped off, then was seen running south from the scene, to the waiting vehicle

Nina lived with her mother in the 4200 block of East Karen Dr, near Greenway Rd and 42nd St. Some of Nina's personal belongs were taken but law enforcement agents are not positive that the motive was robbery.
